So saturday's 'love is sweet' shower for my SIL-to-be was fun and everything turned out great! Her dream was a candy land type shower and we did what we could. Honestly, it was fun to set up all the little pieces, and as you know by now, I am a woman of details. Unfortunately. Most don't appreciate the details and try as I might, I cannot give it up. I've just learned to tweak it a bit. Perhaps to not go overboard. So there were still table signs and labels, and fun little things, just not as extensive as I probably would have done it let's say a year ago.
It was just enough to be sweet and pretty and simple.

In any case, I think all the little parts came together and it was just a nice time. {We love you Sarah!}
I have pictures coming. I just have to schedule out some time to upload them...
...right after I clean and make lunch...
